Claim vs Complaint
Claim
Something a man or woman possesses when he/she has:
1. Presented notice of a claim
2. Removed all controversy
3. Established facts by way of evidence that a trespass has occurred and remedy has not been provided
Principle Second Witness
"You cannot be a judge in your own matters" - the truth is established out of the mouth of two or more witnesses. This is why the courts recognise this principle, that is why they seek witnesses. One man or woman cannot tell the truth by him/herself. People need to stop making claims if they want remedies... negotiations can be lost by making claims when we have to ask questions.
Complaint
Something a person or a child does when they are unable to settle their own disputes. All that the legal system can deal with.
For example, someone hits your fence. If that someone comes to your house and takes responsibility for his actions, you will be able to settle the matter in private, remedy and honour. If that someone instead runs off, that accident becomes a wrong. It is not a trespass yet because you do not know what happened, whether he might have had his wife giving birth in the car, but it is still a wrong. A man can make remedy for his wrongs, and so instead of getting the public officers involved, if you know who's car it was, you can set up a claim. You are giving the man a gift to remove the controversy in honour. After that, once you have established the facts by way of evidence that a wrong has happened, and after 2 or 3 notices. If there was no remedy after that, you can claim that a trespass has happened. A complaint instead is based in dispute, offence, controversy.
